Pricing depends on the style and size of the structure. All buildings are all different prices. The structure is priced from ground up! 

We accept cash, credit cards, official checks, money orders, and personal checks. There is a 3.5% convenience for using a card!

Yes, delivery and installation is included!

Yes! We offer rent to own no credit check financing and credit check financing! Down payments are a minimum of 15% of the selling price of the building. Financing terms are 24, 36, 48, and 60 months. If you do not own your land, we still have financing for you too!

No, your land is not needed as collateral. However, we do have to verify the name on the deed! 

The interest rate on credit check financing is based off of credit score. The rent to own no credit check interest rate is high but there is no penalty for early pay off. 

That is your preference! You are not required to have a slab! All sites must be level within 3 to 6 inches! 

We do not do concrete slabs. However, we can refer you to one of our local contractors!

No, we do not! We are not licensed electricians!
