We have two locations to better serve you! 

  • 2163 US 49 S, Mendenhall, MS 39114. If you use google maps, you can type in The Shed Place Mendenhall! It will bring you right to us! If traveling south on 49, we are approximately 9 miles from Highway 13 on your right! If traveling north on 49, we are 1.8 miles from the Magee Walmart on your left! If you need directions, please call us! (601) 214-2358
  • 4173 HWY 18, Brandon, MS 39042. If you need directions, please call! (601) 672-4210


Yes! We offer free delivery up to 50 miles from our location! After 50 miles, please call us for details! We will be glad to assist! 


The customer provides the blocks. We have a block count sheet that you will receive at closing with the amount of blocks you will need for your size storage building! Blocks will need to be on site before delivery! Delivery man will place blocks in proper location under the building!


The path to building site must be clear of debris, trees, tree limbs, and over head wires. If you have a fence, gate, or other structures the delivery man will need at least four feet WIDER than the building you purchased.


It is the customers responsibility to determine what type of storage building they can have in their HOA, city municipality, and/or zoning requirements. We at The Shed Place pride ourselves on being knowledgable on these requirements but we cannot know them all.


Yes, we offer seven different electrical packages and custom design wiring configurations!


Yes, absolutely and we thank you for your service! We offer military discounts as well as first responder discounts!


Our double wooden doors are 6 feet wide and 6 feet tall. We also offer roll up doors in 6'X6' and 9'X7'


Our flooring in all of the standard storage buildings is LP® ProStruct® Flooring with SmartFinish®. It comes with a 10 year warranty! The LP® Prosturct® Flooring has no knots or voids, unlike your traditional plywood. The floor is treated with LP SmartGuard® for longer-lasting performance in tough climates!


Our flooring in all garage models are 3/4" LP Legacy® Premium Sub-Flooring. It has a limited lifetime warranty! Each wood strand is coated with a water-resistant adhesive that uses Gorilla Glue Technology® for exceptional stiffness and moisture resistance.
